We may contact you to provide information essential to the smooth running of Davenham Carnival 2022 and in the event of emergency during any Carnival organised event. This site is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to provide our services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

We may export the data into an encrypted spreadsheet for ease of access. Furthermore we may print physical copies of the data to store in the Committee file for ease of access.
